How can I deliver NFA SOCCERSKILLS?
NFA SOCCERSKILLS can be delivered in three ways, which are explained in detail within our manual. This includes:
Direct. The scheme can be delivered by teachers and/or coaches. This is the quickest way to start using the scheme to motivate, develop and reward young players whilst creating revenues for your school or club. This method provides immediate revenue and helps
to build teacher/coach understanding and confidence. It starts by purchasing and reading the NFA SOCCERSKILLS Development Awards Scheme manual.
Indirect. The scheme can be delivered for you, by using a local professional football club’s community scheme. They will be pleased to organise a single or a programme of sessions to deliver NFA SOCCERSKILLS on your behalf. We recommend the school/club and community scheme develop a local agreement for the sharing of generated revenues. This option ensures a high quality delivery that can be delivered during PPA time.
Combination. It is also possible to combine both Direct and Indirect approaches with the community scheme delivering the initial sessions. This allows the teacher/coach to learn from professional coaches and gain the confidence to deliver the programme themselves. This is a high quality solution that also delivers revenue to participating schools and clubs.
